Christ home for children and food Bank (CCFB) was formed in 2017 by Pastor Wachagi Charles, with concern for enhancement of social welfare of orphans and the needy children of the community.

We are dedicated to fulfilling our covenant with God and each other by mobilizing resources and uniting in collaborative work to actively eliminate poverty and idleness in the community through:
- Developing young children with essential support and care.
- Inspiring the youth toward purpose and productivity.
- Providing nourishment and stability through the Food Bank.

Developing a "Farm-to-Table" curriculum
Sustainable Food Production & Security
Focus: Operating the farm/garden to provide the primary source of nutrition for the children's home and the Food Bank has four acres of land to implement it's farming activities: Implementing organic and sustainable farming practices.
Managing crop rotation, harvesting, and food preservation (e.g., drying, canning).
Ensuring a consistent supply of fresh, healthy produce for all beneficiaries
